Licensing Act 2003 Application for a new Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003 Section 34 Application to Vary a Premises Licence Notice is hereby given that Devonshire Club Limited has applied to the City of London on 10th September 2018 for a variation to the premises licence in respect of the premises known as Devonshire Club at 4-5 Devonshire Square, London, EC2M 4YD as more particularly set out on the plan attached to the application. The application is to allow for the inclusion of a small external area outside the main reception of the premises for tables and chairs and the sale of alcohol in that area. The area to be closed at 22:00 each day.
