LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Business Environment Minories Ltd has applied to the City of London Corporation on 1st October 2018 to grant a premises licence to use the premises BE Offices, 150 Minories, London EC2N 1LS for the provision of the sale of alcohol between the hours of 12 noon and 10pm. The record of this application is held by the Licensing Authority and can be viewed on the website www.cityoflondon.gov.uk or inspected at the offices of the City of London Corporation, Trading Standards (Licensing), Walbrook Wharf, 78-83 Upper Thames Street, London, EC4R 3TD during normal office hours (Ring in advance for appointment). Any person wishing to submit representations to the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds for objection by 5th November 2018. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representations made when considering this application. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5,000.
