Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that Chipotle Mexican Grill (UK) Limited in respect of premises known as Chipotle Mexican Grill, 70 King William Street, London, EC4N 7HR, applied to City of London for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to extend the provision of regulated entertainment (to include recorded music) and the sale of alcohol from the current hours of Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 20:00 to the proposed hours of Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 21:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 21:00. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the abovementioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority, City of London, Walbrook Wharf, 78-83 Upper Thames Street, London, EC4R 3TD, no later than 5 February 2019 stating the grounds for objection. The register of City of London and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, by appointment only or on the council's website – www.cityoflondon.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
